Smart Device Framework 2.0 Documentation

We're extremely close to a beta release of SDF 2.0.  To give you a taste of what's in it, we've posted the online documentation.  Any feedback is appreciated.  Enjoy.

First of all let me tell you that your work is really appreciated.

Here are two things I think you should include in the new release:

1. The TAPI wrapper which Alex Feinman already wrote and which is almost finished (I might be wrong)

2. Support for WSE 3.0 (especially for MTOM)

P.S. Hope the memory leaks in the Wireless adapter will be resolved in the 2.0 release.
